my husband needs a job he has an felony he has business management background but his past is hurting our future can some in the meto detroit area have any leads or anyone with good advice please Careers & Employment - 2 Answers

It may not be the job he wants but have him try a moving company. Go to the larger ones like a United Van Lines, Allied Van Lines or North American Van lines. Helpers here in Chicago make around 12.00 to 15.00 an Hr.

he could check with the local one stop (formerly unemployment office) for a Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC, available online at www.lmi.gov) where employers will earn a tax break of $1200 to $2400 per year if they hire and guarantee at least 1 yr of work. Most employers don't know about this tax break for them. Good luck!!

I only know of one and it is rock-solid company. Their primary concern is the present and especially the future. It is a home-based business and internet access is a must.
